Cancellation and Refunds
Members may cancel their attendance and get a credit if they make it before the cancellation cut-off period. Tickets purchased using pre-paid/class packages or usage-limited subscriptions will be automatically added back to their package or usage limit. Other purchases will be returned as credits to the member’s account.
Cancellation credit cut-off: 4 hours before class starts
Late cancellation period: 15 minutes before class starts.
Communications Consent (Phone & Texting)
By providing your mobile phone number to Mission Yoga and indicating your willingness to receive SMS or phone communications, you consent to receive recurring text or telephone messages from us regarding our classes, membership opportunities, promotions, updates and other studio-related news. Message and data rates may apply. This consent covers the number you provide now and any updated number you later provide.
You may withdraw this consent at any time by replying “STOP” to a text message, clicking the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us at the contact details below. Please note that even if you opt-out of marketing texts/calls, you may still receive non-marketing service messages (for example, class schedule changes, billing notices, etc.).
Your consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services from Mission Yoga. We keep a record of your consent and our communications so that we may respect your choices and comply with applicable law (including U.S. federal law under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and California state law).
You agree that Mission Yoga may use trusted third-party service providers to deliver these communications, and that we may update our contact practices from time to time, with reasonable notice.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from omniroas.com (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number). How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

– Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
– When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Text Messages & Phone Calls
We’d love to stay in touch, in whatever way works best for you—so when you provide your mobile phone number or indicate that you’re happy to receive messages from us, here’s what you’re agreeing to:
- You agree that Mission Yoga may send you text (SMS/MMS) and/or phone call communications regarding class schedules, membership updates, special offers, wellness content, event invites, and other studio news.
- You confirm that the phone number you provide is your mobile number, and that you consent to receive recurring messages from Mission Yoga at that number. You understand that message and data rates may apply.
- You acknowledge that your consent is not a condition of purchasing any class, membership or service.
- You may opt-out of receiving marketing messages by replying “STOP” to any text message, by using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly. After you opt-out, we will stop sending you marketing texts and calls, though we may continue to send you service messages about your account or bookings (if applicable).
- We identify ourselves in our messages (e.g., “Mission Yoga”) and we aim to send texts and calls during normal business hours in your time zone, to be respectful of your schedule.
- We will keep a record of your consent, the number you provided, and the date you opted in, so that we can honor your preferences reliably.
- Your number will only be used by us and our trusted service providers who help us operate bookings, send communications, or process payments; we never sell your phone number or share it for unrelated marketing.

Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
