Why do the March Challenge?
You’ve started before. A new class, a fresh motivation, a promise to yourself. Then life happened … and somehow one missed day became three weeks off the mat.
You’re not broken. You’re human.
The problem was never your willpower. It was doing it alone, without structure, without people who knew your name. That’s exactly what we built this challenge to fix.
Mission Yoga is where it’s at.
This isn’t a generic fitness challenge. It’s a Mission District ritual.
Mission Yoga has been a temple for self-realization at 20th and Mission since 2001. Hot yoga, Buti MVMT, sound baths, breathwork, Hot Box Yoga (you won’t find it anywhere else in San Francisco) … and a community that, as our students put it, “has the heart and soul of the Mission District.”
When you walk in, people learn your name. When you finish a hard class, someone celebrates with you. That’s what makes habits stick … not willpower, but belonging.fection, habits form naturally.

“New to hot yoga… everyone was so kind and welcoming! The environment feels safe and celebrates all levels.” – Humera S.
“I’ve grown stronger and more confident… they call me by name in every class. It feels personal.” – Emma G.
“The warmth of people here is the embodiment of what yoga is.” – Alex C.
